    lol..silly creditors

lol, I just had to vent sort of. So I have this creditor that used to call me a while back he probably called me 4-5 times and he was a complete ******* haha. At first I was trying to be nice to the guy because it's his job but then he almost got to the point of harassing me, although I wouldn't waste my time trying to take it to court. He would call and I'd tell him I didn't have a job or any money so not much I could do for him (im in college.)

So anyways he would eventually hang up on me because he would just get so mad at me. So after a while I just started being an ******* back. Well like 2 months has gone by and he calls again today. I can tell it's the same guy because he has the same voice and just the same attitude. Plus he asked me if I got my lawyer yet. So being that I haven't I was like no can't say I have. (this is after he called my house 5 times and I finally picked up.. I was trying to sleep lol) So then he gets mad and tells me this debt can't go on blahblah. I'm like well I'm in college and don't have a job still so what do you want me to do. Of course his rebuttal 'Pay my client'.

So after sitting there listening to him rant on for about 5 minutes he tells me it's a luxury to be in college and that paying his client should be my FIRST priority. I seriously just sat there and laughed hysterically because if he honestly thinks that I feel that a 200 dollar bill is more important than college..he is a little on mental side. Don't get me wrong I wish I wouldn't be in the position, but some creditors are just plain idiots. He hung up on me after that. Then calls back 5 minutes later and says 'Yes I'm trying to get a hold of Ryan.....and hangs up when I'm like this is Ryan.

    Some people never learn.

          I'm sure he's around somewhere....
Some members after their bankrtupcy is over and done disappear, but often they pop back in just to say hello and offer some suggestions again....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
