    Need Advice...please

    Hello,
I have an upcoming 341 continuation meeting...due to the trustee wanting additional info like, 2 yrs of taxes, cc bills for the past year and 1yrs bank statements. I filed under old laws. and my original meeting was on 12 DEC 05. the upcoming is on 30 Jan which is sufficient time to obtain all this, I have gathered all the above for except 5 CC, 3 which were from the same bank Capital one and 2 from Providian. I also had 2 other CC and they gave me no problem I already have those statements, but the 2 other companies won't even talk to me Capital one told me that my attorney would have to request those at $3 per ststement I send them a check through my lawyer , he did request them back in DEC 05 right after the 341 meeting. Providian has sold my account to a collection agency, which I just found out, they did not tell me this when I called to get the address for requesting past dated statements. Bottom line now is, that I called Capital one to ask whats the hold up since the check was cashed and they tell me that it takes 3 months to get those, and Providian is just being uncooperative. I am so at my wits end about all this, how am I going to justify all this to this trustee, whom by the way is a SOB who like to insult and accuse. Please what else can I do??? thanks in advance for any advice.

your attorney should be dealing with all this by himself. thats what they do. most of the time you can tell the trustee to get it themselves as well. it all depends on how much they are asking for. they have the power to get it.

my attorney told me he tells the trustee to get it himself if its too much data in the past. they have the power to do so.

record the requests and have that list ready for the trustee. let him get it if he wants it so bad.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
