about judgments? after discharge?

I have a question....I have been cleaning hubby's and mine credit reports, and I have a question.
We have a stupid judgement on our reports. We included that amount in the BK, and was discharged. I noticed that the account is NOWHERE on any of the three reports( in the account/collection sections) , however the judgement is on all three under the public info . It has a balance. It there a way to dispute it? and should it say zero balance and chapter 7..like the regular collection accounts do??

mine dont have balances.

dispute is as not yours based on the balance maybe. if that doesnt work then dispute it as being discharged IIB and should show $0. because they cant show a balance owed.

the prob is its a report of a civil action against you. so its the truth. it it seems to say the word 'balance' then its wrong and has to be $0. if its more of an amount that you were sued for then its a differnt story.
