How do I find what was filed? I have looked all through it...what do I do. I am totally freaking out. My last day for objections was the 1/9/06. Still says awaiting discharge.

Today is the 18th, so they may not have the documentation entered yet. Most likely, it is your discharge. Check tomorrow. Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

If pacer does not list anything being filed on your account, then your looking good!!!! It would show on pacer if an objection was filed..... and you would be notified.....
Sounds like your ready for discharge and awaiting closing.....
Be patient!!

i think something was changed and it is in there. did you look in the 'docket report' section and see if anything was added?
i wonder if it wasnt some status they changed. look under 'case summary' and also in 'history/documents'.
its my opinion that nothing is changed on that date unless something was just added or being added right at this moment. we will see what happens.
i would call them but the pacer people are such dips. lol.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

Be PATIENT FOLKS!!!
Give them time to post the filings.......
You can check pacer TOO MUCH - and it will cause you too have a bad case of nerves.
Nothing ever HAPPENS as quickly as we would like for it too....
Check the documents/history folder for new additions of filings and your status report to see where you stand right now....
Good luck, Let us know!!Minny

I talked to the pacer people and they said that it was a "private" thing. She said it was a QC (quality control) thing by the discharge and closing department. I think she said they were checking a ss#. But they have to note that they checked it. Hopefully its good news but I am not getting my hopes up at all. This whole thing scares the sh** out of me!! I just want it over. The waiting kills me.

first, she is making that up. second, she doesnt know what the hell she is talking about. third, she works at PACER and belongs with the rest of the dorks there.
its called 'Date of Last Filing'. not date of last access lol
some attorneys use it to see if their clients cases have been filed on.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

Congrads,
Good things come to those that WAIT...............
You may have been checking pacer while they were posting to your account...... and just missed part of it......
Most postings do not "roll over" till the next morning......
Now, wait for that closing to be posted also.....
