What Paperwork Do We Take to the Attorney

    Hi,

I've been researching and cannot find exactly what paperwork we need to take to our attorney.

    I have:
Kelley Book Values of our Vehicles
    Every Latest Credit Card Statement
Our Mortgage Paperwork where we purchased our house
    Our latest mortgate statement
    Student Loan Statement
    Vehicle Payment Booklet
Credit Report on My Husband and Myself (even though I'm not filing)

Is there anything I'm forgetting that he might need? Our tax returns from the last year(s)? Check Stubs? anything else?

Thanks for your input! You guys really don't know how much you help all of us - we appreciate it so much!!

Looks like you're already squared away! Don't forget to bring all your collection letters too. See if your attorney has a check list of items you need to bring in too.

    Good Luck!
