I filed C7 and my 60 days are up in about 2 weeks. We never got around to discussing my boat at the 341....but, the trustee knows about it. It's value is about $2000....thanks for any input.

well if he wanted it he would have filed your case as an 'asset' case. he can do that at anytime before the discharge however.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
