    Getting a job during filing?

    Ok, I wasn't 100% sure on what I had to do. So let's just say I get a job during the process of filing ch. 7 I have to report it I'm sure. If I make more than the means test thing for ch. 7 will they convert me to a ch. 13? Would it be best to wait until after I am discharged? Just curious

    yes. always best to wait for everything to be safe.

    if you cant then at least wait until after the 341 if you have to. anything can happen. if you end up going up in front of the trustee again you may have to update your info with him and hes gonna get real happy.

    all attorneys told me keep things the same, everything, until discharge but 341 is probably ok if needed.
    Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
