    Should I wait?

My so-called discharge date is 6 days away and I am in desparate need of cash, work has been slow and I have a vehicle I can sell and I am pretty sure it will be exempt according to my lawyer I know I should probably wait but My mortgage is 2 months past due ,I have a buyer for the vehicle but it is killing me not being able to sell it,I am hoping I dont get any extensions or anything, havent heard anything from the trustee as of yet,ONLY 6 DAYS but does this really mean it will be over? Would they dismiss my case due to fraud if I sell it. Man this sucks...
I prayed for a new bicycle but god didnt respond,so I stole one and asked for his forgiveness

I did a ch 7 no asset.Would it be safe to sell it after the 60 days and no word, or should I wait for the pacer to say discharged?

So you're the mofo that stole my bike! lol

Well I hate to burst your bubble but you'll be waiting longer than 6 days for your discharge letter. I've been waiting a week and a half now past my last day for objections and still nothing on pacer. I've done things like buy a car, get new credit cards, AND max them lol. So theres a chance they could hit me. But I did what I had to do.

Really...have you told your lawyer? I am going to do what i have to after the discharge date, and if they say it was fraud, then i will say NO it was survival, and if they dont like it then i guess i will face the consequences.

took me 20 years...but then again I had a bigger credit limit than you probably have...I guess having a $500 limit is my just rewards for maxing out a few with 25k on them. GOD BLESS THE U.S.A.....I am proud to be an american well sometimes, but I heard in kuwait the government gives you money to be a citizen lol but you have to wear a sheet on your head.

No I filed pro-se. But I waited about as long as I could to buy the car. My new credit cards only have 300 limits, so used em cuz buying the car set me back. If they don't swipe my tax return, I'll pay them off with it.
