I imagine you need to send him a copy of your income tax return for both state and federal and the checks attached to them.... if he requested your tax refund..
THEN he will take what he wants and send you back the rest.
Believe me, it's a NO WIN SITUATION..... with this..

I don't believe I owe anything...so I just go have my taxes done, have to wait for IRS to send me a check & then send trustee (or my attorney to send it?) return plus refund check...do I have to sign the refund check before sending it either to lawyer or trustee?Filed Oct 2005discharged February 2007,Shapeless in the fire's glow, tell me if you think you know,
