2nd Attempt

HI.. Husband and I filed bankruptcy June of 2003 (Oklahoma) using an attorney.. case was dismissed in October due to missing a deadline. Have not been able to afford attorney for 2nd filing and am trying to do it myself. Vehicles were relinquished early part of 2004. Our income has varied from month to month. Have not been good about keeping records of expenses, and again they vary. I'm really struggling with the budget as to what is allowed or reasonable. How important is this? How accurate does it have to be? My husband currently brings home between 650 - 780 twice a month. At the moment I am unemployed. Will it go against us that we've waited so long to re-file? And when case is dismissed, can it be reopened? If so, there is less cost, but I can't get the clerks to give me any information. If I attempt to file and it is turned down due to my error, do they give you a reason and give you a chance to correct it? OK... guess that's all for now.
