    Judgement for Non Dichargeability

A judgement was issued against me by my partner. I appealed the judgement and the judgement was ammended as to three points but the dollar amt$$ were affirmed by the appeallate court. They instructed me in the decision to file a motion to the BK court to hear the issues. They took out fraud finding and all the bad stuff and stated the judgement could be dichargeable now, or under future BK. I was proper against the Shapiro firm and will be again. What would I call this motion? Motion to set aside judgement , bankrupt judgement or what? What does it mean when they stamp not for publication on the decision mean? Any help would be appreciated or if you need more info?
