I filed on 2/3. I rec a letter from one of the creditors dated 2/13, again asking for payment. This time they are offering me to pay at a "tremendous discount" of 50% to settle the account. I am wondering, should I just ignore this, or inform the court and ask for some sort of relief? I was also considering sending them a nice little note reminding them that they are violating the stay

Give it time Stewie. I had to mail the Stay to a few creditors after we filed. It's not too uncommon that you might get a bill or collection letter shortly after filing.Bankruptcy History:
Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007
