I signed onto this site tonight and tried to get an online report of my credit and when I clicked on the credit report link, it just takes me to a page telling me about all their benefits and I cannot get a copy of my report. Is this a legitimate site? They have an 800 number but there is no answer and no message, nothing. Did I screw up going to this site? . I have read of several on this site that has recommended it. What am I doing wrong?

I've been using this since before Christmas.

Once you've logged in w/ your member ID & zip code:

1. Click "Identity Theft & Credit Protection".

2. Click "Triple Bureau Credit Report".

3. If it is your first time, click #1: "If you do not have a Credit Center user name and password, click here to order your triple bureau credit report and to sign up for credit alerts." (Otherwise, choose #3.)

You'll go thru a process of creating a password/ID for credit report access, and have to answer a few questions about your credit file to pass the 'is it really you' test.

Note, you get to pull a new report every day. BUT 24 hours must have passed since your last pull. If not, it will pull up your prior report. Also, once you pull a new report, you won't be able to go back to one from a prior date.

I to have been using it since November. I love it, we have had no issues, and ALL of my 3 reports are cleaned and finished! Hubby still has 1 reporting agency waiting for. Our reports were terrible. Wrong addresses, employers, wrong accounts, and they are almost all done.
I uses the same steps as Staci.
I love the fact that I can access our reports 24hrs a day and it costs $14.95 a month for BOTH hubby and I, NOT each!!

Thank you both so much. I am going to do it step by step as you describe. I'm sure then it will work. I guess I just couldn't figure it out last night. And of I am still paranoid. We have been discharged 39 days and waiting on case to be closed. We had excellent credit till the day we filed bk and I have been getting pre approved credit card for the past month. I destroy all of them. I use my bank debit card and will never let ourselves get in that mess again. I don't have to be a victim of their scams twice (and of course irresponsible to boot).
