Find the US BK Court for your district online. Under "Case Information" or "Cases Closed the Previous WeeK" it will show if you are discharged. Remember to use your BK # or your name with uppercase letters at the beginning of your name. You shouldn't need an account for this, we don't in South Florida. It will not show particulars for your case, for that you do need a Pacer account."You once asked me for advice. You want some now? Never pass up a good thing." I already did that.... unfortunately the bankruptcy court in my district is still running completely in the dark ages. While they have a Pacer program, they have NOTHING online at all to show if a case has been dismissed or not. Is there any other way to check rather than having to pay for a Pacer acct?BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!
