What I need help with is this:
I am researching any and all cases where the mother kept the pregnancy from the father. In other words, a woman got pregnant and chose to have the baby on her own, only to come back later to tell the man about the child.
I would love to know where to find each state's laws concerning out-of-wedlock pregnancies. For example, in Ohio, a woman can give the baby up for adoption within 30 days of it's birth and NOT tell the father, but can come after the father up to the child is 18 for child support. AND, if she has never told the father about the child, and she has never received a penny of financial support, the she can go after the child until that child is of the age of 25! But, the father/man has no rights in any of this. So, I need to know each of the states laws regarding pregnancies.
Things like this and things that are a double standard to men and the inequality of them.
Also, I need help locating any cases where the father was able to give ALL of his parental rights.
Basically, any cases where the court has ruled in favor of the father/man.
