I met with atty Saturday and found out that I will have a $9,800 wild card exemption! I am very excited by this. Will be able to keep both vehicles and some cash that I have as well.
It gets tricky now that he told me to stop paying my creditors and I have some extra cash on hand!
I will be doing some much needed home repairs and visiting the dentist, etc...I am starting to get anxious to get this over with!
