my case was discharged on 2/16/06...that will almost be a month ago. why havent i recieved any thing saying case closed??? i looked at the pacer web site and the last thing on file was that the trustee certified that there were no assets to administer. or dose granted a discharge mean same thing as case closed??

Discharged ain't closed. Closed is closed.
Probably just some house keeping not been done. And the Trustee hasn't officially signed off yet.
You might try calling the Court Clerk. Sometimes that jogs 'em into to posting as Closed.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
Closed - 04/2007
