Creditor Not Reporting BK on CR

What can I do if a Collection agency is reporting on my CR That i still owe a balance and It was included in the BK. Called them and they state that they would update it, but taking there sweet sweet sweet time to update the info and still showing as a derogatory account on the CR. every other creditor reported correctly with acception of this one creditor. Can anyone advise on how to handle these people....

Interesting question....

I have to go back through my paperwork as I did receive something from verizon (cell phone bill) after the fact that my BK has even been discharged...how can this kind of thing happen?

I'm not the Biggest BK Wiz, but I believe that you should've included it with your BK for it to be included, if you did not include it you may be S*** out of luck.

I'm in the same boat! I have a collction account of $800 that was included in the Chp 7........and it's not reported correctly.
