Case Closed, so happy

We had our 341 in Oct 05, and received our letter closing case this week. yahoo: What a relief. Now if I could just get this one creditor convinced to stop sending us bills, that we went through a BK and he was part of it.

Send him a copy of your discharge, and tell the company they are in violation of federal law and will be prosecuted if they continue sending you bills. Congratulations on you discharge!!
