My ex-wife and I divorced in Aug. 2004. I live in Illinois, she in Wisconsin. She filed for bankruptcy in Dec. I have custody of the house after she signed a quit claim deed, but both of our name are still on the mortgage and home equity line. I am having trouble refinancing to get her name off of the loans.
