Notice of Trustee's Proposed Abandonment Rule 6007(a)

I just received this (about 2 months AFTER my discharge). Rule 6007(a)

They list my 2 cars (1 that I already gave up) and my dog / cat :-).

1. Is this a good thing?

2. Does this mean that the creditor can't come and take my other car???

Basically.... what does this mean?

Were your cars paid for??? Or maybe one of them paid for???

Abandoment means that the Trustee has decided NOT to go after any equity that you have in your autos.

If you still owe a balance on the auto, then you need to keep making payments if you plan on keeping the auto. Otherwise the auto creditor will repo after the stay is lifted. You don't pay, you don't keep if you still owe on it.

No, Cars are not paid for (I was just hoping I got lucky somehow).

So basically the trustee's notice is nothing to be worried about at all?
