    Pre discharge counseling

    When are you supposed to get this counseling done? After my 341 meeting or before? I'm confused!!!
    Atty gave me a list of names to go to online but he didn't tell me when to do it!

    Call you attorneys office - have them tell you... that's what you pay them for... in fact let them schedule it for you.....

      The clerk at the court here in Tampa told me that I had to complete it and send in the certificate no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the 341. That may just be a local rule here though, so I would definitely call your' attorney, or better yet, the clerk of courts.
