    Pacer question

Will there be any new information regarding my file on pacer before my 341 meeting? The meeting is 4/21. Will the trustee be looking over my file before the meeting and post any problems or will they wait until after the 341 to update anything?
    Filed: March 29, 2006
    341: April 21, 2006

Usually nothing will show up on Pacer till after the 341 meeting......
If there is a problem the Trustee will bring it up before or at the 341 meeting.
After the 341 meeting you look for any objections by the creditors or the Trustee........

Just an FYI regarding Pacer, which I use every day in my job as a legal secretary.

Electronic filing on Pacer is utilized by attorneys and court staff only. What goes into Pacer are pleadings and court documents. So let's say your trustee did have some questions about your plan or whatever. Unless he wrote that up as an order to show cause and filed it as a pleading, it would not show up in Pacer. Correspondence and memos do not show up in Pacer. Only "official" documents that the court has before it.

Also, things that are filed in Pacer show up immediately. I have filed stuff at 11:59 pm for a midnight deadline and as soon as you hit the file button, it shows up - so there is no lag time between when something is filed and shown as accepted by the court and when it shows up in Pacer.

All that being said, doesn't hurt to keep checking if you have an account and see what's going on :>
