    Another, "What's this mean ??"

As required by 11 U.S.C. section 704(b)(1)(A), the Bankruptcy Administrator has reviewed the materials filed by the debtor(s). Having considered these materials in reference to the criteria set forth in 11 U.S.C. section 707(b)(2), and, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 704(b)(2) and section 707(b)(2), the Bankruptcy Administrator has determined that the debtor's(s') case is not presumed to be an abuse of the provisions of Chapter 7 under 11 U.S.C. s 707(b)(2).. (West, Michael) (Entered: 04/10/2006)

Got this entered in to PACER today and thought this was a good sign... Any other input appreciated. 341 Meeting on March 31st... I guess this is just another step in the process ???

You must have filed in NC too. I have the same BK admin

Anyway it just means that they are saying you are not trying to pull a fast one with your BK, and that you are not trying to file chap 7 when you don't need too. Its a good thing.

So does this mean that we're in the clear unless a creditor objects ???

We did have some questions asked about the Marital Adjustment we had claimed on the means test and I am hoping that this means that they have bought of on our claim..

Pretty much, it means they are not going to try to force you into a chapter 13. So you should be fine unless a creditor objects which is probably unlikely. Probably the only thing you are going to have to do now is get your pre discharge certificate from a credit counseling agency. I did this last week. Have you done that yet?

My wife is actually the one that filed... She's done the online deal with Hummingbird and just has to go get the affidavit notorized and submit it to the attorney so they can print off the Certificate to file with the court....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
