check by phone insufficient funds chpt 7

i had a chapter 7 no asset case discharged in february. i forgot to list creditor in which the debt was check my phone with insufficient funds. it was for 250.00 dollars. some are saying that since my case is a no asset case that it is automatically discharged. this debt is almost 2 years old. can they still sue me in a civil or criminal case. please let me know. thanks so much i am in arizona.
