Does anyone know of any case law or Federal Statues which show that a creditor can only report information as of the date of bankruptcy?
I have a creditor who is reporting lates and the accounts as charge offs but they were CURRENT the day I filed bankruptcy. They have refused to correct the information and every month my credit report is getting more black marks. I have filed a small claims action. Any advice would be helpful.
