Ok, we were just discharged the beginning of this month after filing last year in Oct. Never received any letters or anything and then today we got this in the mail.
We have been imformed that your case has been discharged. Please be advised that our client is secured by a purhcase money security interest in consumer goods. If you intend to voluntarily surrender the collateral please provide the information requested below.
Ok, no we were never told this by our lawyer and it shows we have been discharged already. I dont really remember what item we purchase on our Best Buy account because we have paid it off so many times. Accept we purchase little item such as CD's, games etc. But cant quite remember.
Can they legally take these item still? I plan on calling our lawyer on Monday..
If anyone knows anything about this if you could let us know..
