    Hooray!!!!!!! 341 over

My 341 lasted exactly 3 minutes from swearing in to finish. No creditors turned up for anyone. There was a guy ahead of me who filed chapter 7 and the trustee is selling his home for 1.5 million. Couldn't believe it.

    I worried for nothing.

    Was a breeze!!!!

Now Objections to Discharge end on 6/20/06.

Did they look at anything, ask any questions. I am terrified, and having major anxiety over this.

He asked me a grand total of ten questions. Basically was everything accurate when you filed, did you read your schedules and statement of financial affairs when you filed, transfer any property 1 year before I filed, did I make any credit card transfers 90 days before I filed. Is there anyone I can sue? any pending lawsuits, etc?

The longest 341 was with an older man and his 3rd wife. He has to pay child support and he wanted it discharged. The man was accusing the Trustee of being greedy and money hungry. Accusing him of being unfair. The Trustee kept his cool.

The only other one he questioned was some people who had 7 cars all valued at less than $1000.00. He told their attorney that they couldn't keep all 7 cars or if they wanted to keep all 7 cars they would have to pay the equivalent to him to keep them all.

Another one is suing a money production company for $59,000 for damage they did to his home. He can't get the money so the Trustee is going to go after them.

There were several who didn't even know what their attorney looked like. I am glad I was pro se.

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
