    meeting with trustee

    well my day ended terrible, lawyer got a call from trustee wanting to meet with us about preferental payments.................have been waiting for closing since my case was discharged on 1/17/06.

    Do have a new trustee that was assigned to the case on 2/27/06 so maybe the meeting is to just answer questions he may have............will be so glad when this is over !!!

            thanks jane, appreciate your support. Got that name from one of the old Beverly Hillbillies episodes, the one where Jethro was showing his throwing skill to Major League Baseball agents but could only throw the ball the way he did by rubbing possum fat on his hands that he got from granny. Those two words always stayed with me.
