Well Friday I pulled "Chapter 7 trustee's motion to reconvert case to chapter 7 and objection to confirmation." off of pacer. we now have a hearing in May sometime... The lawyer is telling us not to worry about it and the judge already converted you to a 13 but I am still paranoid that he may switch us back to the 7. 
The thing with our story is we were in the process of switching when we got the discharge from the court for the 7. My lawyer filed the paperwork the next day and we got switched. I swear my story almost sounds a good as yours huh Minnie?? LOL I'll keep you guys updated as to what happens next..
