Here is what I think: an account can only be listed as a charge-off once, therefore it can only appear once as such on your CR right? First National Bank of Omaha has the three months prior to my filing date listed on my report as charge-off.

Am not exactly sure what you mean. There should only be 1 charge off, but it should also show as included in bankrutpcy. Wait and see what it says after the discharge is complete.
