I filed ch7 under old laws 10/12/2005 and I am still awaiting discharge
2/10/2006 was the deadline for objections. On 2/9/2006 trustee reports of no assets and to be discharged from case. On 2/15/2006 PACER shows Order of stipulation signed to extend time to object until 3/15/2006. I looked up the document, and it was one of my creditors asking for more time to object. Well 3/15/2006 has come and gone and no new entries on Pacer. But under flags is the following MDISCS what could that mean?? I am just so nervous about the whole thing I have even developed an ulcer
since this whole case started. I would appreciate anyones input, and thank you in advance.
