    Opinion Needed

My attorney has suggested that I file chapter 7, however, I have charged about $100 on my cc last month and $20 this month. Is this going to be a problem with the trustee? Does the trustee question you about purchases?
I also charged $270 in August for my son's college, what happens with that?

      Hi,

It difficult to say with 100% certainty whether or not your current charges will be a problem or not. The best thing you can do, is stop using your credit cards for anything.

      Good Luck!

Those amounts are small enough that it probably won't matter. (But its all relative). But you need to stop using your credit cards. Also, if what you purchased was a necessary expense, (i.e. groceries, gas etc), you should be ok.

But, it will depend on how aggressive the creditors want to be.
