I am trying to find a lender who will give me a decent rate, but I am haing a hard time finding one. I did an app. on lending tree, but I only received one offer. I will have $20K to put down. I am looking at a $200K home. Any help would be appreciated.

Isellhomes 08-03-2006, 11:01 AM coach..did you sign the contract with your Real Estate Agent? In situations like these you want to make sure you selected a Top Producing Agent! Try asking friends or Family for any good agents, even look in your neighborhood for SOLD signs, if you see a particular agent or team with several SOLD signs up, give them a call!

I came on to this site just hoping to pass along a great lender that I found who did what no broker that we talked to could. That accusation is ridiculous and you should be embarassed to have said it. Wheres your proof mom? Lets hear it?

Someone here sent me a GFE, actually they sent the whole loan package from them and it was very sloppy and many things were wrong. I am not saying that tehy can not do the loan but if someone is giving you an incomplete loan application at the beginning is that what you can expect through the process. THey did not even have their name on the paperwork anywhere. It looks like someone that has been in this business for 2 weeks sent this app out to this client.

Not so terrible, most people looking for a mortgage are on the way up, not down.
Someone may be willing to sit on info for 2-3 months if it means they anything at all to gain from it.

607- Transunion
590 equifax- nothing states IIB???...
603 Experian.
I currently live in a duplex(myself and my mother on title, she is on the loan)
I have been looking at reo's to purchase and have found one I want, however I dont have an agent and don't want to have my credit looked at an additional 3-5 times.
Any help or advice is appreciated.
