Include settled accounts?

Hi,
When I bring my list of creditors to my Attorney should I include CC debts that have been settled for less than the full amount?

I have two that I never did get a 1099 form after the settlement.

My attorney included everything, including accounts that were paid off. Doesn't hurt and may help in case there was something you forgot.
