Glad y'all enjoyed them! Try these next time:
Moonpie a la Mode
Chocolate moonpie, softened slightly in microwave oven
Large scoop of vanilla ice cream
Chocolate syrup (I like Sanders from Detroit, Michigan)
Whipped cream
Fresh mint and maraschino cherry
After heating moonpies, place scoop of ice cream on top, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and top with whipped cream, a sprig of fresh mint, and a maraschino cherry.Filed: 2/24/2006
