Hi all:
I have a few questions that have been bugging me.
Let's say, after bankruptcy, you have managed to rebuild your credit---your credit score is now over 700. Do lenders see you the same as someone with the identical score, but without bankruptcy? Or do they still give you a hard time because of your bk?
How about renting an apartment? Are landlords concerned even though you now have a high credit score?
Thank you.
