    Minny - Update!!!!!!!

    UPDATE - for all of you that have been keeping up with my Chapter 7 that has been going on for 2 years now.........

    REMEMBER, I have been discharged for 18 months, my home has been sold for 6 months, YET MY CASE IS STILL OPEN..............

    Just checked Pacer and the Judge has called for another hearing for the Trustee to explain WHY my case is not closed yet................... hehehe..

    Wonder who caused that action, huh?????

    Bet me folks, a letter to the "right party" can make a wave...................

    This guy is going to "close my case" or I'm gonna know WHY.............. AND HE WILL EXPLAIN WHERE ALL THE "MONEY" WENT AND TO WHOM......... AND HOW MUCH THEY GOT!!! INCLUDING HIMSELF!!!

    Bet again, he will start filing some answers before the hearing!!!!!! Cause I'm gonna be there, in his face, if he waits till Court date.......

    Min, I hope you nail the bastard! They have put you through a hellish nightmare. God Bless you for having made it through. Why the filthy SOB went after you I'll never know. It was an attack, just a bloody attack from nowhere. You have grown through it though, most of us can see it from the first posts to this one. You got strong, thank God.

    Only afew of us old timers (me, you, tinroof and maybe a couple more) left. I hope he closes and lets you move on. They went after a freaking woman living in a Mobile Home with Medical reasons. May God deal with their hearts for doing this. I don't want hell or judgement to come on anyone but this cries for justice. this was THE reason for BK laws!

    This is one time i HATE the Trustee. I get damned angry when folks talk about how the BASTARD Trustee was treating them with dignity and sympathy. Thank you Mr. No Asset Case, now look what they do the poor person who has scratched out a little equity in life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hell with all of them, when you can get them down, pound the bloody hell out of them and make them look like an ass, they will do it to you if they can, no freaking mercy for Trustees or their Attorneys. I hope you weild a bat in that hearing and i hope he bleeds like a stuck pig, figuratively... I think.

              You gotta know what they did to her and how the Trustee trouced because of a Title technicality. What was done to her was unjust and uncalled for.

                    Momma Dee....I hope you give them what they have coming to them. They have put you through too much, and to still have your case OPEN. You go in there and DEMAND some answers. Good Luck!!!!

                      Congratulations on getting your hearing

                      The best thing you can do to that trustee is make him look really bad in front of the judge and his peers.

                      I would bet a nickle to a dollar though, your case will be closed before the hearing date.

                        Yes, I will be going after all of them soon or after the case closes...... it's coming for sure!!!

                        He's holding out looking for lawsuit money as a Trustee, cause he knows I have a case!!!

                        I think they have "done enough" now and its time for all of them to get out of my life..........

                        NOW IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO PAY THE PAUPER!!!! For their negligence, stupidity, and my pain and suffering thru all of this which WAS NOT MY FAULT.....
