My husband and I already met w/the trustee and our lawyer said we will get our discharge in 60 days but what happens in the mean time? Are we all set or does the trustee look more into our case. we filed a ch7.

Sounds like things went pretty well. Basically, the creditors have time to object, and with no objections, you're case will close smoothly and you'll have your fresh start.

Just be patient............sit down, relax, prop you feet, up for its time for the "60 day wait" of your life.......

Hopefully you will have no objections from the creditors and your discharge will be granted in 60 days or so...... and "case closed" shortly thereafter....

So chat with us a while and hang in there......

WELL LET'S SEE................ childbirth and filing bankrutpcy.... hmmmmmm....

Both are completely out of your control...........
Both you wait almost 6-9 months total......
Both cost money...... and can be expensive.....
Both anything can go wrong................
Both will be a pleasure.... when over.....
Both are full of fears, tears, frustrations, emotions, etc.............
Both affect the rest of your lives..............
Both serve a very important purpose..................
Both are controlled by God .... and a Trustee who "thinks" he is.............
Both occupy your mind 24/7 till its over........

Hmmmm, almost identical huh.......... strange, huh..............

Anymore input folks???
