    How soon....

is too soon to send in another dispute to the CRA's? When you receive their response, can you immediately send in another dispute letter? I've read that you should wait a couple months, but if I do this, I will never get anywhere. Is it okay to send disputes every month?

I think it is, I send four disputes every month. Sometimes I alternate between accounts.

Anytime I disagree with them, I would dispute it, give them 30 days to correct the issue, and then dispute it again...... but you have to do it all in writing.....
If you get no results, contact the creditor that submitted the report, and then if no results, contact the Better Business Bureau that they are reporting wrong to the credit bureau.....

Thanks for the responses, highNdry and Minny. My situation is this; I sent disputes to all 3 bureaus and I have gotten responses from Experian and TU. They have corrected some items, but I still dispute others. I just wanted to be sure I could go ahead and respond to their response without waiting. I don't want them to dismiss my disputes as frivolous. I'm going to go ahead and send in another letter and see what happens. Thanks for your responses!

Did you send certified letters to the creditors that reported the information.... that is the next step also...... Make them aware that by law they have to report correctly and you are notifying them that they are not....

Well, if the CRA's don't correct the information, my next step will be to send letters to the creditors who are reporting incorrectly. I want to wait and see if the CRA's will change the info before taking the next step.

            Thanks Minny!
