    Ohio Foreclosures

What is the normal time frame of a home foreclosure in the state of Ohio. I have lost two good paying jobs with-in the last year and my ex divorced me for greener pastures. Last payment was on my house in July 05,during divorce in which she was allowed to stay in the house to the end of the year.

I recieved a letter today from Wells-Fargo and their attorney stating the house is in foreclosure and their lawyers have met witht he county (Wood) attorneys for a sale date. But none is on schedule. Also recieved a letter for WF stating that if a want to keep my house. I need to pay $3500 and my new house pay of 1900 a month for 17 months!!!!!!!!!!. I put the house up for sale today.Well I have no job, so my only choice seems to go bankrupt ! errrrrrrrr !!!!!!! How long can I expect to stay in this house till im evicted.

Meanwhile my ex lives in a new 300k house, and I will soon be a homeless veteran from the persian gulf. Any advice would be appreciated.
