i am going to try to file chapter 7 and was wondering if anyone will look back on my original credit card applications when i said i owned a home but i really didnt and made more than i did. because i needed more credit.i applied a few years ago.
They might, but unlikely if it has been that long ago. It is always best to not lie on those applications. If they find out, they might try and get the case dismissed for fraud.
