Nadda. We kept the house and the van.
We willing closed on the sale of our home 2 weeks after discharge.
We are currently shopping for a home loan. We already have pre-approval for one but we're going for a better rate.Filed 09/05

About $220K of debt (surrendered house.....about $150K) and $675 of our income tax refund (kept about $1750 of it). We kept ALL of our personal belongings (and good stuff too). I did lose my sanity briefly.....LOL!Bankruptcy History:

Remember what you loose in BK depends a lot of which Chapter you file, what assets you own free and clear, and what your exemptions are.......
Sometimes paperwork is not done correctly (as in my case - very rare) and the court can seize your assets and sell them.
A good discussion with an attorney will determine Chap 7 or 13 and what options are available to your situtation. Every bankruptcy is different......Minny
