The 341's are usually a snap. The Trustee will ask you general questions like, your name, address, SS#, accuracy of your creditors....things like that. Don't sweat it too much. It's a simple process. If you have an attorney representing you, most likely, he or she will prep you on the questions the Trustee may ask.
Just remember to be honest and truthful.Bankruptcy History:
Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007

Just don't do like Mr.Bonehead Jeep did, the trustee was asking about debts we were reaffirming. The trustee only asked dh the questions for both of us. (Verry condesending considering I did everything but sign dh name)
Trustee:What do you plan on doing with the van?
DH: Well sir, it's my wifes, she has to have a vehicle
Me: (I interupt dh's sob story)We're reaffirming the debt
Trustee: (looks at me) Thanks you
It was quick easy and painless. We were told we had cute kids by the trustee.Filed 09/05

Now sit back, relax, prop your feet up - CAUSE you have 60 days to wait to see if any of the creditors object............. this is one of nerve wrecking things - WAITING........
But normally no one does, so you should be oaky.....
Chat with us, ask questions, and wait out your 60 days..... a new beginning awaits you.............Minny
