Hi. I'm new to this forum and at this point gathering more info about chapter 7 as I'm planning to file one myself. I have a question. When I originally applied to major of my cc I stated than I earned more than I did in order to get good interest rate. Will that be a problem? Thanks.

From other posts, people have said generally not. How long ago did you get those cards and have you since stopped using all of your credit cards?*** THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE--ONLY A LAWYER CAN PROVIDE THAT. ***
My posts represent hours of research on and off the web, these forums, my experience, and my opinions.

I'm enrolled in so called debt relief program (just enrolled) and don't have a single late payment so far. I'm tansferring balnces from one card to another to substitute payments sometimes. My total cc debt is around 60k. Last time I got cc was like a year ago. Oldest is like 4 year old. I'm not sure if I should proceed with BP or consider debt relief.
