    Wrong income stated

Hi. I'm new to this forum and at this point gathering more info about chapter 7 as I'm planning to file one myself. I have a question. When I originally applied to major of my cc I stated than I earned more than I did in order to get good interest rate. Will that be a problem? Thanks.

From other posts, people have said generally not. How long ago did you get those cards and have you since stopped using all of your credit cards?

I'm enrolled in so called debt relief program (just enrolled) and don't have a single late payment so far. I'm tansferring balnces from one card to another to substitute payments sometimes. My total cc debt is around 60k. Last time I got cc was like a year ago. Oldest is like 4 year old. I'm not sure if I should proceed with BP or consider debt relief.

If you think its going to be difficult for you to pay off the 60k in three years through a debt program, you may want to consider bk. Its widely known that the vast majority of those who try these debt programs aren't able to keep up and often end up filing bk anyways.
