co-signer?

my husband bought a car 4 years ago, before we were married, and he had a co-signer. we don't want our family to know that we're considering filing bc. i was wondering if my husband's co-signer would be notifed. (we're reaffirming the car loan)

If you're reaffirming the original loan, your bankruptcy will be reflected on the co-signer's credit.
