    341 Meeting

Well guys I had my meeting on Tuesday and I think it went pretty good. The trustee (which was very nice) ask the routine qusetions such as::
--is the paperwork true to the best of my knowledge
--do I know the effect that filing bk will have on my credit
--do I know there are other alternativies such as ch. 13
--do I plan to reaffirm anything
    --am I expecting an inheritance
--He did ask me if I have purchased a car and I told him yes then he ask if it was financed--I said yes--then he ask if I put any money down on it and I told him no that I had no money to put down>(hope this did not hurt my case)
--then he ask if anyone owed me money.
I answered all questions then he said that that was it, I was free to go.

    No creditors showed up.
Now what will happen? Do I still need to worry as bad as I did?
Oh yes and one other thing:: did I have any cash on hand when I filed.
I also told him no for this one too.
    STILL SCARED THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like your ready to prop your feet up, take a "chill pill" and wait out the next 60 days to see if any creditors object to discharge......

So sit back, relax, chat with us, and wait it out.......

Hopefully your discharge will occur within 60 days or so and your bankrtupcy will be over..............

60 days of "nerve wrecking" waiting............... but you'll survive it.......

SOunds like your 341 went smooth. If everything was accurate when you filed, then you shouldn't have any worries.

Sit back and relax.....before you know it, the 60 days will be over.
