After BK can a past creditor keep pulling your credit?

Is this legal??? I joined a credit alert site that lets me know of any activity on my credit.
Well today I was notified via email that I had an inquiry. So I checked it out and it was a previous collection agency that I filed BK on checking my credit again. Like I need my score lowered any more!!!
Trying to fix my credit has been an upwards battle. How do I end the madness :aggress:

Totally not legal. Dispute it immediately, and demand a $1000 settlment in lieu of them breaking the law.

Sort of related, I gave a lender permission to pull my credit on June 26. They pulled all 3 obviously, and the names were Credco, FA credco, and FAC. Now again on friday, I see those three names pop up as inquiries. I never gave permission, and I'm afraid it's hurting my score. Is there anything I can do?

Is this legal? I emailed them asking what was up, but haven't heard anything yet.
