    Bk and Divorce

After 3 years of marriage, constant butting of heads and stubborness my husband and I are filing for divorce, we have the papers and just need to file them. We have no assets together, no kids. Do you think that this will look odd to the trustee, or will it even matter, its not like I got divorced before I filed (in May) and already had my 341 in June. Just wanted an opinion. TIA
    Filed: 4/28/06
    341 Meeting: 6/21/06
    Discharged : 8/29/06
    Closed: n/a

just for your information, I've read that divorce settlements can usually not be discharged, that would be the only thing to be concerned about. if hubby and you are just ending it without contending anything on either side should be no issues with the trustee I can thnk of.

No there is nothing, we never had any assets, no support we are just ending it and thats it. The only thing I am losing is the income, since I only work 10 hrs a week.
