Okay, now is where you sit back, prop your feet up and wait to see if any creditors object to your discharge............. most don't......

Its a 60 day wait and then after that comes your discharge....

Hopefully it will go smoothly with no complications.... most Chapter 7's have no complications (except maybe my own).....

Most credit reports will not reflect all of the reporting on the bankruptcy until after the discharge.....

But you can still pull a credit report and look at it if you like and then compare it after discharge to another one.....

Then you can start disputing entries that are not correct.

After discharge anything that was included in the bankruptcy should say "included in bankruptcy" in the comments with a -0- balance being due....

The next 60 days will be nerve wrecking waiting, but come chat with us..... try not to stress out too much....... and now is a good time to put yourself on a budget and stick too it...........

Make a "game plan" for future living and spending and stick too it......

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
